Orsini's is a staple in the Seattle food industry, having been open for 53 years when it closes in Spring 1995. Gil Chesterton refers to it as the "Grand Dame" of Seattle restaurants. It appears to serve French cuisine, as Niles mentions having Veal Prince Orloff when celebrating his 8th birthday there.
